1. In-person at the center.
2. Print our Registration Form and bring it with you already filled out.

Either way, we require:

• Family Information
• 2 emergency contacts with their address and phone numbers
• Specific information about your child’s health
• The state of Florida requires us to have current Health and Immunization forms for your children.

Cost

• $40 per family.
• Payment is due on your first visit.
• Your registration stays active as long as there is a visit within 12 months.

Once registered, you can visit any KidsPark center without any additional fees.
